The Developmental Therapeutics Clinic (DTC) at the University of Chicago Medicine Comprehensive Cancer Center offers a variety of clinical trials for patients whose cancer is no longer responding to standard treatments. The mission of the DTC is to develop new drugs or drug combinations for the treatment of cancer. The DTC team consists of doctors, research nurses, clinical research associates, regulatory managers, and patient navigators. Patients may refer themselves or may be referred by their doctor.
